Ark Bali3

Our treatment services consists of several units that make our continuum of care, which are phases of treatment each client are recommended to complete to further strengthen their preparation fo recovery.
These units are as follows :
  • Assessment
  • Diagnostic procedures
  • Health history
  • Eligibility

Phase #1 – INTAKE

Prospective clients are assessed, either by phone interview or teleconference to determine whether they are suitable for the program. If they need a different level of Care, then they will be referred to a center with a more appropriate program for their needs. Clients are expected to get a medical exam to identify if they any physical condition that needs special attention.

Phase #2 – PRIMARY CARE (30 – 90 days)

A residential care program with a Client-Centered approach. After going through an assessment process and deemed eligible for treatment, clients are admitted to the Primary Program. Components of the program are as follows:
  • 12 Steps facilitation: The 12 Steps program is a total-abstinence based program with spiritual development as its core tenet, with practical applications to daily living on how to nurture a drug and alcohol free lifestyle. Clients are taught the meaning of each step and how to apply it in their everyday situation.
  • Counseling: Counselors skilled in Chemical Dependency issues meet with the clients regularly and design a treatment plan based on each client’s individual needs. The program then become tailor-made to suit the client’s personal circumstances. Counseling is also done in a group setting where clients can reflect from each other’s progress and learn from it.
  • Family Sessions: Family involvement as a support system to the client is very important. Therefore, family members are asked to attend specially designed family programs, where they will be educated about addiction, recovery from it, and other related issues that may affect them, such as codependency. Group counseling between clients and family members are also conducted if considered necessary.
  • Wellness: The wellness program is designed to help clients enjoy physical and recreational activities, a skill that is instrumental in living a drug-free lifestyle. It also allows them to participate in activities to develop back their physical well-being. Example of the program would be: surfing, cycling, jogging, playing soccer at the beach, going to the gym.
  • Mental Health: Dual Diagnosis is a very common phenomenon found among addicts, where mental health problems co-exist with chemical dependency. To address these issues, we enlists the help of professionals such as Psychiatrists and Psychologists from the community.
